Founder & Director: Andrew Dugmore
Andrew has worked successfully with many groups and individuals, leading people into a deep awareness and connection with the natural environment and each other, helping to improve their wellbeing and outlook. He is a very experienced mental health trainer and presenter, having delivered training to many national organisations and educational establishments across Wales, UK and overseas.
Director: Mike Erskine
Mike is a filmmaker and photographer who has worked with Reconnect since 2013. He leads on the digital aspects of Reconnect's work including digital storytelling.
